After my inquiry, what are the steps to buy the product?

After receiving your inquiry-

  • We contact you for more detail understanding (technical specification) about your need and to help you in best possible way.
  • After understanding your requirement we will send you quotation with lead time and payment terms.
  • Accept our quotation and payment terms.
  • After initial payment, we request you to send us bank receipt.
  • We will start production and inform you estimated time for product delivery.
  • When your product is ready we will send final product pictures to you. On your request, third party inspection from reputed agency can be arranged.
  • We will request you for balance payment and we will ship your product. To track your goods, we will inform you the tracking number.
  • After receive your product, we request you to give your feedback, about Product Quality and our services.
Where is your port of loading?

Nhava Sheva port Mumbai, Mundra port Gujarat, Cochin Port, Chennai Port or any port in India as per your requirement.

Can you accept customized products?

Yes, of course. We accept your specific order if you could provide us with your requirements.We also provide customized Logo and customized packaging.

Do you provide EN 10204 3.1 certificates?

Yes, we provide EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Certificates with full traceability. These include chemical composition, mechanical properties, and test results. For projects requiring third-party inspection, we can also arrange EN 10204 3.2 certification upon request.

Do your products comply with EU standards such as ATEX, PED (2014/68/EU), and CE marking?

Yes, our products fully comply with EU regulations, including ATEX for explosive atmospheres, the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU) for pressure-bearing equipment and carry the CE marking as required.
