‘C- Way Engineering Exports’ is a Top manufacturer and exporter of Cross Pipe fittings in India. We are specialised in manufacturing Carbon Steel Cross, Stainless Steel Cross, Duplex Steel Cross, Alloy Steel Cross and also in special alloys such as Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy. Cross fittings are manufactured in compliance with various national and international standards such as ASTM/ANSI/ASME/BS/EN/DIN/JIS/IS to ensure quality and compatibility. We offer seamless Cross pipe fitting from 1/2 inch to 24 inch size and erw, welded and fabricated Cross pipe fittings from 1/2 inch to 48 inch in diameter, with variations based on specific requirements to accommodate diverse piping systems demand. Our pipe Cross are equipped with different end connections to facilitate their installation and connection to the piping system, butt-weld ends, socket-weld ends, and threaded ends, which allow the Cross to be welded, soldered, or threaded onto the pipes.

All pipe fittings with standard sizes and materials are readily available in stock for immediate delivery. "Looking for large diameter pipe fittings? Contact us today for Customized Pipe Fittings.

Cross pipe fittings plays an important role in connecting multiple pipes in piping system. Cross pipe fittings have four branches or outlets, extended outward from centre of the body, forming a "+" shape. These branches are arranged at right angles (90 degrees) to each other. The significance use of crosses in piping system is to distribute and diverse flow, space saving, cost effective, pipe integrity and versatility.

Crosses are made as equal, unequal, butt weld, socket weld, threaded and forged. Due to their functionality and versatility crosses are used in variety of industries such as oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, food industries and more. For optimal performance, selection of right type of crosses and material is critical to ensure the longevity of the piping systems.

Types of Cross Pipe Fittings we offer:

Equal Cross: Equal cross has four outlets or branches of the same diameter. It is used for uniform distribution of fluids or gases. It is commonly used in chemical processing plants, water distribution systems and HVAC piping systems.

Unequal Cross/Reducing Cross: Reduced cross also has four outlets but with the different diameters. It is designed for the system where different pipes of the piping system require different flow rates. It is often used in chemical plants, oil refineries, and water treatment facilities.

Buttweld Cross: Buttweld crosses are welded into the piping system and provide a strong, leak-proof connection. It is available in both type equal and reducing. These crosses are used in high-pressure and high-temperature applications like power plants, petrochemical plants, and industrial piping systems.

Socket Weld Cross: Socket Weld Crosses have a socket where the pipe is inserted and then welded around the outer edge. These crosses are used in high-pressure systems and smaller diameters steam and hydraulic piping systems.

Threaded Cross: Threaded Crosses have internal threading at all four ends which allows pipes to be screwed into them. These crosses are used where easy assembly and disassembly are required, such as in water supply systems, plumbing and fire protection systems.

Forged Cross: Forged Crosses are manufactured by forging process which makes them strong and durable to use in high-pressure systems such as oil and gas pipelines, chemical plants, and power generation facilities. It is available in threaded and socket weld types.

Manufacturing Standards:

We adhere to stringent quality and manufacturing standards to ensure the reliability and performance of our pipe fittings.
