Slip On Flange Manufacturer

Slip On Flange Manufacturer, Supplier And Exporter

‘C-Way Engineering Exports, is a market leader of Slip On Flanges, both in manufacturing, supplying, and exporting for India. We maintain a wide variety of standard sizes in both carbon and stainless steel, ensuring quick delivery to meet your project needs. Our Slip On Flanges are crafted with an expressed intent to match the international quality standards like ANSI/ASME B16.5, ANSI/ASME B16.47 Series A & B, and API.

C-Way Engineering Exports leverages its expertise to manufacture, supply, and export slip on flanges in a diverse range of materials. This includes industry standard varieties like carbon steel and stainless steel, whereas one has the choice of alloy steel or more exotic types such as Duplex, Super Duplex, Nickel Alloys, Hastelloy, and Inconel. Our commitment to quality and reliability has earned us a global reputation, serving customers across six continents and over 110 countries.

Slip-on flanges feature a bore that slightly exceeds the outer diameter of the connecting pipe, allowing the flange to slide over the pipe end. They are typically secured in place with fillet welds on both the inside and outside of the flange. These flanges have a flat face or a raised face for gasket sealing. Slip-on flanges are widely used in low-pressure and non-critical applications where easy installation and cost-effectiveness are desired, such as water supply systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing.

Applications of Slip-On Flanges

Water Supply Systems: Slip On Flanges are widely used in water treatment and distribution plants and also plumbing systems for connecting pipes, valves, and fittings.

HVAC Systems: Air conditioning (HVAC) systems, heating, ventilation, and ductwork connections, air handling units, and fan installations Slip On Flanges are used.

Fire Protection Systems: Slip On Flanges are used for connecting pipes and fittings in fire sprinkler systems, fire fighting equipment, and hydrant installations.

Low-Pressure Piping Systems: Low-pressure applications such as steam lines, condensate lines, drainage systems, and utility piping Slip On Flanges are used.

Chemical Processing Plants: Slip On Flanges are very useful for applications where chemicals are used such as chemical plants, refineries, and processing facilities for non-critical piping systems, utilities, and auxiliary services.

High Strength: Weld Neck Flanges provide a strong and rigid connection, capable of withstanding high pressure and temperature conditions.

Leak-Proof: The full penetration weld between the neck and the pipe ensures a leak-proof connection, minimizing the risk of fluid leakage.

Reduced Stress Concentration: The smooth transition from the neck to the pipe reduces stress concentration, preventing fatigue failure and enhancing the structural integrity of the joint.

Suitability for High-Pressure Applications: Weld Neck Flanges are ideal for applications requiring high-pressure containment, such as in oil and gas, power generation, and chemical processing industries.

Advantages of Slip-On Flanges

Slip-on Flange Manufacturers must maintain certain qualities during production to have the highest quality of slip-on flanges. Some of those qualities include :

Ease of Installation: Slip-on flanges are easy to install; they do not require any special tools or equipment other than welding equipment.

Cost-Effective: Slip-on flanges are more cost-effective compared to other types of flanges and suitable for low-budget projects.

Versatility: Slip-on flanges provide flexibility in piping system design; they can be used with a wide range of pipe materials, sizes, and schedules.

Leak-Proof Joint: In low-pressure applications, the welded connection between the flange and the pipe provides a leak-proof joint and ensures reliable performance.
